Cortez Mayfield Williams Jr

Cortez Mayfield Williams Jr know as “CJ” was born on October 18, 2016 in Saint Louis, Missouri, to Cortez and Cornice Williams. CJ attended Larimore Elementary, where math class, speech class, and spending time at BGC were the highlights of his day. CJ especially loved his 3rd grade class and teacher, who brought him so much joy and encouragement. His school family will remember his bright smile, curiosity, and the way he made every day a little better. Especially his best friend Ayden.

CJ had big dreams for the future. CJ wanted to become a chef, a famous YouTuber, and a soccer player. Above all, one of his greatest wishes was to always have Cortnei as his sister.

CJ was a very special boy whose bright spirit touched everyone he met. CJ never met a stranger - his kindness, intelligence, and genuine heart shone through in every interaction. CJ believed deeply that words should be backed by action and lived each day with accountability.

Known for his sweet smile and gentle soul, CJ was the kind of child who made the world a better place simply by being in it. CJ will be remembered as the sweetest boy, whose love was pure, genuine, and kind.

CJ leaves behind his loving family and all those blessed to know him. Though his time here was far too short, his memory will forever remain in our hearts.
