Dorothy R. Newlon was born June 20, 1983 to Robert L. Newlon and Rozann Grice in Saint Louis, Missouri.

She was educated in the Saint Louis Public School System. She received a certificate in Job Corp of Business Administration. She confessed her faith in Christ at an early age. She was a very faithful servant and full of life.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her father Robert L. Newlon. She leaves to cherish her memory of four sons: Timothy Newlon, Derrick Lee, Deron Jones, and Adams Madison; five daughters: Ezra Newlon, Jameya Lee, Josephine Jones, Royal Claret, and Mirakle Massie; three sisters, Jequet Hughes, Carmaletha Mims, and Katherine Feemster; grandmother Hattie Newlon; seven grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
