He was born to his parents, Julius Maurice and Mildred Hayes on November 26, 1971.

Julius was a kind, humble, and lovable young man. He enjoyed dressing nicely and cherished spending time with his family and friends.

He was the seventh of ten children born to Mildred Hayes. He was preceded in death by his brother, Derrick Hayes, and his two sisters, Karen Hayes and Antione Hayes.

He is survived by his siblings: Pat Hayes, Douglas Hayes, Wanda Hayes, Tracy Hayes, Andrea Hayes, and Courtney Moore. Julius also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and loved ones who will cherish his memory.
