Randall (known to a lot as Randy) was born to the union of Willie B. and Ophelia D. Williams in Saint Louis County, Missouri. He was the ninth child out of ten children.

Randy attended Berkeley McCluer High School, where he graduated. Randy was an honorable, courageous, and disciplined military veteran. He served in the Armed Forces for ten years—five in the United States Army and five in the United States Marines. He completed both with honorable discharges.

He then began to drive trucks over the road and ended his career with Gully Transportation.

Randy loved to fish with family and friends. He also loved spending time gardening with his mom, and building and riding motorbikes. Anyone who came in contact with him fell in love with him. He was very outgoing and tried to live life to its fullest.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Ophelia Williams; one sister, Patricia Miller; brothers, Michael, Dennis, and Shawn Miller; sister, Aaron Williams; brother, Christopher Williams; one niece, Jessica; and one nephew, Brian.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his sister June Rynee Miller-Strong; two brothers, Derrieck Miller and Willie Brian Williams; one niece, Tiffany Williams (who he was very close with and her children) and many other nieces and nephews, and a host of close friends and family.
