Thomas James Herndon III was born to Anne Marie Zachary and the late Thomas William Herndon II, September 6, 1978 in Saint Louis, Missouri. He was the third of four children.

Thomas, affectionately known as Tee, was raised on the Northside of Saint Louis, where he was baptized at the age fourteen in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Tee attended McCluer Highschool and extended education through Job Corps of Saint Louis. He worked as a forklift driver at the Food Outlet store as well as a variety of other companies.

Tee had a deep love for family and would bring life to any function. If he said, “Ima throw some meat on the grill”, you’d know it was a party. You would also know to bring your best “forehead jokes”, because he was going to light you up. His laugh was hearty and contagious. He left an indelible mark on anyone he met.

Thomas was preceded in death by his brother Brian Zachary and father Thomas Herndon II. Thomas also lost an aunt, an uncle, cousins and friends whom he treasured. His legacy will live on through his sons Latrez and Devlin Herndon, daughters Zhoria, Mariah and Mya Herndon, and granddaughter K’Mya McCloud. Tee will be forever cherished by his mother Anne Zachary, significant other Tosha Brown, sisters Yvonne Zachary and LeeAndra Stevenson, niece Nairobi Parker, and nephews Brian Shurn and Shundrey Parker. Thomas will be missed as well by his extended family and friends.
